Frequently Asked Questions

What's the best way to submit my resume?

The best way to submit your resume is online. Advanced technology matches key words and phrases in your resume with those in job descriptions. Submitting your resume online, rather than by postal mail or fax, will help ensure faster, more accurate processing. You can upload your resume or copy and paste the text into the appropriate fields of our online application form. The system accepts resumes in any of the following formats: .doc, .docx, .rtf, .pdf, .txt, or .html. Be sure to include your email address.

Can I apply and interview for more than one job at a time?

Yes, as long as your skills and experience are a match for the position.

What should I expect after I submit my resume?

Your resume is immediately entered into our resume database and made available to Recruiters who specialize in matching your skills and areas of interest. You will receive an email message notifying you that your resume has been received. Then, if your resume matches the requirements of a current opening, we will contact you to set up an interview. If we can't find a match now, we will keep your resume active for 1 year.

How often do you update job postings?

Job listings are updated continually as new positions become available, so check back often.

What's the interview process like?

If you are selected for an interview, you will first meet with a member of our recruiting team. Then, if there is a good fit for the position, you will meet with the hiring manager and possibly other members of the work group. We also check references and require a drug test and background check prior to employment.

How do I submit my resume/CV for a position?

If you see a position of interest, click the "Position Title" to view the job description. To apply, click "Apply for this Position." If you are a registered user, enter your email address and password to access your information. If you are a new user, complete the personal information section, tell us how you heard about this opportunity, add an email and create a password.

After logging in/registering, you must answer questions specific to the job. There are two options to include your resume/CV and/or cover letter: you can either copy and paste a plain text resume/CV, or you may attach a single file. NOTE: You can attach a total of up to 4MB of data. Your resume and all attachments combined must be less than 4MB.

You are encouraged to add your resume/CV to your Career Profile, as they are required when you bid for a specific position.

I recently submitted my information for a position. What is the next step?

When you apply for a position on this site you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging our receipt of your information. Recruiters review candidate pools to identify those candidates whose experiences and qualifications most closely match the position specification. Due to an overwhelming response to many of our positions, it may be up to six weeks before we can contact you. We appreciate your patience as we carefully review each candidate's background and credentials–including yours–against the experience and qualifications sought for the opportunity. If you are identified to move forward in the process you will be contacted by a Recruiter who will outline the next steps of the process. If you are not identified to move forward, you still may be contacted about other opportunities that align with your profile and/or interests. Your profile will remain on record for up to one year after you create or edit it. You can update your profile at any time.

While viewing the job listings, I saw a position that would be perfect for one of my friends. Can I send the job to him/her?

Absolutely, and we hope you do. Click on the link at the bottom of the job "Send to a Friend." A pop-up box will appear asking for your friend's email address. Once you enter the requested information, click on "Send." Both you and your friend will receive an email acknowledgment. Your friend must then apply for the position in order to be considered for it.
