Below The Knee Meetings

Course Objectives: With 150,000 amputations still performed each year and an estimated 1 - 2 million patients with critical limb ischemia, the need for greater diagnosis and treatment of infrapopliteal disease is clear. This two-day conference is designed for physicians who are committed to aggressively seeking and treating critical limb ischemia in their practices. A faculty of interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons and interventional radiologists will provide real-world education on the identification, percutaneous treatment and management of critical limb ischemia with an emphasis on the role plaque excision can play in below-the-knee intervention.

National Vascular Surgery Symposium

Course Objectives: With patients increasingly demanding endovascular procedures for peripheral arterial disease, vascular surgeons are challenged with more difficult cases, chronic total occlusions, and lifestyle limiting claudicants. This two-day conference will focus on techniques, tips, and tricks that are essential for interventionalists to optimize procedural success. A faculty of vascular surgeons will provide real-world education on new guide wires, novel devices, and improved operator techniques that can increase the success rate in treating CTOs. Come learn about what others in the country are thinking about the treatment of peripheral arterial disease and begin the journey of crossing into new territory.
